    The Mommies and Daddies Social Networking Forum has joined with EISAC to create a safe and supportive environment for parents to connect. We understand that today’s community in virtual and that ideas and conversations that where once apart of the extended family and the enclosed community are now apart of the global village. Here at Mo’da, members can share their frustrations, triumphs, and tips on parenting and parenthood. We provide our subscribers with the Domestic Relations laws for each of the fifty states as well as other recourses. Domestic/ Family law covers marriage, divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and a host of other matters. Subscribed members have full access to the site. Visit us every day as our site grows constantly with new articles, features, laws, members, post and blogs.

    The U.S. Census Bureau reported that in 2003, there were 12.4 million households headed by single parents living with their own children under age 18. Of those households, 10.1 million (81 percent) were headed by mothers and 2.3 million (19 percent) were headed by fathers.

    Getting started with Mo'da

    Here are the steps you must take to become a member of the Mo'da community:

    1. Register: You must first register using a valid e-mail address. You will also be asked to create a unique user name and password for yourself. Members can use a pseudonym to protect thier identity. Avatars do not have to be pictures of you the member. Registered members have a free user account and can access forums/discussions. Registered members with free user accounts do not have access to all parts of the web site, ie the EISAC’s law pages. Please note that the human verifier code is case sensitive. Please Do Not put in a "referred by" name unless it is an active eisac member name such as "saddad" your registration will not go through.



    2. Subscribe: To gain access to all parts of the web site, you must purchase a subscription. All subscriptions are payable through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can obtain one by clicking the subscription link. (Remember, you must first register in order to subscribe.) You can choose from one of our many subscriptions by clicking “Subscribe” at the top of the forum page. We have subscriptions for vendors, attorneys, politicians, etc, who want to advertise their services. Our basic subscription (for non-vendors) is $7.30, and it lasts for one year.

    REMEMBER: you must be a subscriber to read the laws. The drop down menu for the 50 states cannot be viewed by guest or registered members.


    3. Read the rules: We expect all of our users to read and follow our rules. The link to the rules is located at the top of the home page. Following the rules ensures a comfortable community for all.



    Why is there a subscriber Fee? The subscriber fee is used for administrative cost. It covers the cost of the hosting the site and site maintenance. The site needs to be monitored 24 hours a day 7 days a week to keep out illegal ***ual content. The fee keeps out trolls, unwanted solicitation, and spammers. The fee works out to be less than 2 cents a day to keep the site running and safe. Please help us by subscribing.
